9.      Presentation PG Human Relations Commission – Michael Lyles
Decision Required: None.

The Director of the PG Human Relations Commission is visiting the various municipalities in the County to inform the elected officials and citizens of the services provided by this County agency.

10.     INTRODUCTION CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION CAR-2-12 - REDISTRICTING
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.

The Mayor and Council are considering a plan to slightly alter the existing Ward boundaries in order to address the population shifts as indicated by the 2010 United States Census.

11.     DISCUSSION FY13 OPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROG.
Decision Required: None.

The Proposed budget was introduced at the last Town Meeting and discussed at the Worksession.  Additional public input is being sought.

12.     INTRODUCTION OB-1-12 ADOPTING THE FY 13 BUDGET AND CIP
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.

        The Town Council will be adopting the FY13 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program on June 7th.  The budget is adopted via this ordinance at the next Town Meeting. ~~

13.     SECOND READING O-1-12 AMENDING THE STREET SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.

The Mayor has Town Council have agreed to implement a permit requirement for public utilities if the need to cut/dig/disrupt the public rights-of-ways.  In order to implement this program, the exemption for public utilities must be amended from the Town Code.
